About us
A small café with a big heart.
Café Exempel opened in Lund with a simple idea: good coffee, honest baking and a place where everyone feels welcome.
We bake everything ourselves in the kitchen behind the counter, with flour from mills in Skåne and butter from nearby farms. The menu changes a little with the seasons, but the cinnamon bun always stays.
Drop by for a quick coffee on the way to work, a long fika with friends or a quiet moment with a book. Prams and dogs are welcome.

What we care about
Home baked
No frozen buns. We make the dough the night before and bake it in the morning.
Local produce
Flour, butter and eggs from Skåne when we can, and beans from a small roastery.
Room for everyone
Big tables, high chairs, and always something tasty without gluten or dairy.
